FAITH - The Heart

Exodus 24:12 “Then the Lord said to Moses, come up to Me on the mountain and be there; and I will give you tablets of stone, and the law and commandments which I have written, that you may teach them.”

  • The law has now been put into our hearts and written in our minds.

Read 2 Corinthians 3:7-11

Read Matthew 15:16-20

  • What goes into the mouth does not defile a man.

  • What comes out of the mouth defiles a man.

  • Those things which proceed out of the mouth come from the heart and defile a man.

  • Out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies.  – All of these things are against the law of God.

  • What defiles a man is lawlessness, and this lawlessness is in the heart.
